The Browns will take on the Packers without kicker Phil Dawson and tight ends Steve Heiden and Robert Royal.

Billy Cundiff will handle the placekicking duties for Dawson, while Greg Estandia will start at tight end.

Despite a bout with the flu earlier in the week, defensive lineman Corey Williams is active.

Defensive backs Coye Francies and Gerard Lawson, running back Chris Jennings and offensive lineman Billy Yates are also inactive for the Browns. Brett Ratliff is the third quarterback.

Packers offensive tackle Chad Clifton is inactive and rookie T.J. Lang will start in his place. Scott Wells will start for Jason Spitz at center. However, Spitz is active for the game.

Running back Ahman Green, fullback Korey Hall, safety Matt Giordano, offensive linemen Evan Dietrich-Smith and Mark Tauscher, wide receiver Jordy Nelson and defensive end Jarius Wynn are also inactive for the Packers.
