Joshua Cribbs and Jamal Lewis, who were both listed as questionable heading into Sunday, are active for today's game against the Lions in Detroit.
Running back Jerome Harrison and wide receiver Brian Robiskie are among seven inactives for the Browns.
Harrison and Robiskie are joined on the inactive list by Coye Francies, David Veikune, Billy Yates, Jake Allen and Arnold Harrison. Brett Ratliff is the third QB.
The Lions' inactives are Ernie Sims, Terrelle Smith, Kalvin Pearson, Melvin Fowler, Jon Jansen, DeWayne White, Derrick Williams and third QB Drew Stanton.
