TheBrowns signed veteran offensive lineman Rex Hadnotto a two-year contract Monday.

Hadnot (6-foot-2, 325) brings experience and versatility to an already veteran offensive front. Hadnot has played63 games, including 55 starts, during his four-year career with the Miami Dolphins.

Hadnot has started 34 games at right guard, 19 games at center and two games at left guard.

"The Browns are fortunate to add another quality lineman to our existing group," general manager Phil Savage said. "With his versatility and experience, we feel great about having Rex on our team. He brings size, strength and has a physical style of play."

Hadnot, 26, started all 16 games at right guard last season with Miami. Hadnot was originally drafted by the Dolphins in the sixth-round in the 2004 NFL Draft out of Houston. Hadnot has started each of the last three seasons for the Dolphins at either the right guard or center positions.
