Injuries continue to be the story of the day -- and the week -- for the Browns, who list their two top wide receivers and two other key starters as questionable for Sunday's game in Baltimore.
Braylon Edwards (shoulder) and Donte' Stallworth (quad) may be gametime decisions. Stallworth, who hasn't been practicing whilehe rehabs, hasmissed the first two gamesbut said he's going to try to take it to Sunday.
"That's the plan," he said Friday. "But I want to be careful about this. I don't want to hurt myself again, or to hurt the team."
Edwards and Joshua Cribbs (shoulder) were listed as limited participants in Friday's practice, though the Browns list Cribbs as probable.
"I'm not 100 percent, but injuries are something you've got to play through,"Cribbs said. "I know that if I don't play, it would cause a lot of other situations to happen on the team."
Willie McGinest (hamstring) is also listed as questionable. Kris Griffin (calf) and Eric Steinbach (shoulder) were ruled out on Saturday evening.
Also probable are Shaun Smith (hand), Jamal Lewis (ankle) and Ryan Tucker (hip), who has missed all of the preseason and the regular season thus far. Like many of the Browns, his status likely won't be determined until 90 minutes before Sunday's gamewhen the inactives are declared.
If Steinbach can't go, Seth McKinney is his likely replacement at left guard. Rookie Alex Hall would replace Willie McGinest at left outside linebacker.
