Why am I required to become a member of the ClevelandBrowns.com online community in order for my child to join the Cleveland Browns Top Dawg Club?
The Browns need to the ability to communicate with the parent or guardian of Top Dawg Club members under the age of 13. Registering in the ClevelandBrowns.com online community enables the Browns to save and store your information to facilitate the necessary communications and better serve you if you should have any questions or concerns during the Top Dawg Club sign up process. You will able to manage your personal profile as well as your Top Dawg Membership profiles by logging in at any time at www.www.BrownsTopDawg.com using your email address and password.
I can't remember if I am a member of the ClevelandBrowns.com online community. How can I find out?
If you think that you may already be a member of the Browns online community (e.g., as a Browns Backer or General User) but are unsure, go to www. ClevelandBrowns.com and login using the email address and password you think may be associated with your account. If you are already signed up, once you click on Continue, you will automatically be logged in or you will see the following message, "Active email already in the system, please login using this email address (your email here)." Or click Forgot Password to receive a new password. If your email is not recognized as an existing account, you can click on "Create New Account" to join the Browns online community.
I thought I was a member of the Browns online community, but the login does not recognize my current email address. How can I check and see if I am listed under an old email address?
If you know the email address that your account may be listed under follow the steps listed in the question immediately above. If you do not remember the email address, email BBWNews@ClevelandBrowns.com or call 440-891-5153. Please be sure to indicate that you believe you have a Browns online community account under a different email. Also include your first and last name and any information that could help find your account (mailing address, phone number, etc.).
I am trying to log in but am unable to because my account is pending. What does this mean and how do I continue?
If your account is pending it means that you did not confirm your account through a verification email sent to you when you originally signed up to be a member of the Browns online community. To have the verification email resent to you in order to confirm your account,enter in your email address on the login page at www. ClevelandBbrowns.com. You should receive an error that says, "According to our records, your account is currently in a pending status and must be verified before you can login." Please enter your email in the box below and click the Resend button, and we will send you a new verification email. When you receive the verification email, simply click on the link provided. If you do not receive the verification email or the link does not work, please email BBWNews@ClevelandBrowns.com or call 440-891-5153.
I did not receive the verification email to confirm my account. What do I do?
If you do not receive the verification email, please check your spam folder for an email from FanSquad@ClevelandBrowns.com. If you still cannot find your verification email, please email BBWNews@ClevelandBrowns.com or call 440-891-5153. Please indicate that you have not received the verification email. Also include your first and last name so we are able to look up your account. You may also want to add @ClevelandBrowns.com to your safe senders list to ensure you do not miss any future emails.
I received the verification email but the link doesn't work and I can't confirm my account. What do I do?
If you click on the confirmation link in the verification email and you receive an error message, please copy the link and paste it into your browser. If the link still does not work, please email BBWNews@ClevelandBrowns.com or call 440-891-5153. Please indicate that confirmation link is not working and include your first and last name so we are able to look up your account.

If you do not know your password and you have already clicked on Forgot Password on the log in page and are not receiving the password or the password does not work, please contact us at BBWNews@ClevelandBrowns.com or call us at 440-891-5153. Please be sure to let us know that you need a new password and indicate your first and last name along with your email address so we can find your account.
I have finished signing up for the Browns online community, how do I access my Top Dawg accounts?
You can access all of your Top Dawg Club member accounts by logging in at www.ClevelandBrowns.com or by clicking here and using your email address and password to login. Click on "Top Dawg Memberships" within the "Logged In" box.
When I enter the promotional code, where will I see the discount to my order?
Enter in any promotional code and billing information (Top Dawg Club memberships) on the check-out page then click on Confirm Order at the bottom of the page. Your discount should be reflected on the checkout summary. If you do not receive your discount, contact us at 440-234-KIDS or email us at TopDawg@ClevelandBrowns.com
Is it possible to send in a check or money order for payment?
The only payment accepted for the Cleveland Browns Top Dawg Club is a MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card number.
What if I have a problem with my order? Who should I contact?

When will the Top Dawg Club Membership package be delivered?
Please allow two to four weeks for all Top Dawg Club Membership packages to be delivered.
How is a Top Dawg member able to participate in the sweepstakes?
In order for a child to participate in any Top Dawg Club contest or sweepstakes, the child must be a Top Dawg Club member. If the child is already a Top Dawg Club member, please look for emails sent to the primary account holder. These emails have details explaining each contest sweepstakes and how your child may participate.
How and when can I renew my Top Dawg Club Membership for the following season?
You may renew your child's Top Dawg Club Membership for the following season by logging into your account at www.ClevelandBrowns.com and clicking on Top Dawg Memberships. You will then see a list of your Top Dawg Club Memberships and a header that says RENEW NOW. (Select the corresponding button(s) and click Submit at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to the check-out form. Renewals can only be done online. If you need assistance you can call us at 440-234-KIDS or send an email to TopDawg@ClevelandBrowns.com.
If I renew a TOP DAW Club membership during the current season for the following season, when will we receive the new package?
Your renewed Top Dawg Club Membership package will be sent two to four weeks from the date your order was placed. You will be unable to renew a Top Dawg Club Membership for the following year if the child will turn 14 before April 1 of that following year. It will be time for them to join the Browns Backers Worldwide community!
I have already signed up one child but want to sign up another child for the Cleveland Browns Top Dawg Club. How can I do that?
You can add another child to your Top Dawg Club Memberships at any time by logging in at www.BrownsTopDawg.com using your email and password. Your personal profile will pop up and you have the ability to edit any fields. If everything is correct, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Add A Child" This will take you through the Top Dawg Club sign up process for the additional child. If I sign up a child for a Top Dawg Club membership days before he/she turns 14, will they still get their package?
If you sign up a child for a Top Dawg membership shortly before the child turns 14, they will receive their Top Dawg Club Membership package but their membership will end on their 14th birthday and they will not be eligible for any Top Dawg Club contests, sweepstakes or experience that occurs after their 14th birthday. Don't worry! Your child can still be a part of the Cleveland Browns community when they turn 14 by becoming a member of Browns Backers Worldwide, the fan club for adults. What is the Browns Backers Worldwide and what does it mean to be a Browns Backer?
The Browns Backers Worldwide (BBW) is the largest organized fan club in all of professional sports. There are members and clubs supporting the Browns that span the globe! BBW provides fans a way to stay in touch with their favorite team, whether they live in Cleveland or as far away as Taiwan. Our fans are the most loyal and passionate fans in the NFL and being a Browns Backer connects you directly to the team, giving you benefits only available to Backers! How does a child in the Top Dawg Club become a Browns Backer once they turn 14? Do they have to fill out an individual application?
A child that is a member of the Cleveland Browns Top Dawg Club does not have to fill out an individual application to become a Browns Backer on their 14th birthday. You can help your child become a Browns Backer by logging into your account at www.ClevelandBrowns.com using your email and password. Once logged in, click on "Top Dawg Memberships". Until ninety days after the child's 14th birthday, you will be able to click on Edit underneath that child's name and add an email address for the child in their profile. Once you add the email address, you must click on Save at the bottom of the page. Your child will continue to receive the benefits of being a Top Dawg Club member until their 14th birthday, at which time we will send a verification email to the child's email address that you provided. Once the child opens the email and clicks on the confirmation link, they will become an active Browns Backer and will receive all the benefits of being part of Browns Backers Worldwide.
