How we Collect Your Child's Personally Identifiable Information, and How we Use that Information

Please note that we will not ask for any personal information about your child, beyond what is reasonably necessary for your child to participate in authorized activities on the Clevelandbrowns.com website.

Kids who are Cleveland Browns Kids Club Members: If your child is a member of the Cleveland Browns Kids Club, we will collect the child's personal information from you, the parent or guardian. You will fill out a registration form that provides your permission for your child to participate in activities selected by you. We will collect your child's full name, mailing address, phone number, email address and birth date from you. This personal information will be used only for the activities that you have selected for your child – which can include receiving newsletters, receiving birthday greetings, posting comments in an open forum, playing games and receiving email and regular mail offers from the Cleveland Browns and their corporate partners.

Cookies and Aggregate Data: In order to make the Cleveland Browns.com website work, we use a standard feature found in software browsers called "cookies." You can ask to have any of that information changed or deleted at any time, and you can also ask that your children be removed from certain activities, mailing lists or email lists at any time.
